What we collect
When you apply to the Ruckus beta, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and family role so we can contact you about access. We also store the voice stories and photos you choose to save in the app.
How we use it
Your contact information is used only to manage beta access and send product updates. Your family's memories are stored securely and never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models.
Who can see your data
Only members of your family group can see the memories you share. Ruckus staff may access account data for support or legal reasons, but we do not browse your family's private content.
Data retention
We keep your account and memories for as long as you have an active Ruckus account. If you delete your account, we remove your content from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
